Refund policy

You have up to 30 days in which to return your order, unfortunately, if 30 days have passed, then unfortunately I won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Before making a return please contact me so that I can help resolve any issues that you may have and to ensure that it is returned to the correct place.

Sadly, there are some situations where only a partial refund can be granted.
This includes any item that is damaged, not in its original condition, or has missing parts for reasons in which are not due to any error on our part.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
